Does the digital frame needs to be connected with WiFi all the time for playing slideshow?
Funcare large digital picture frame needs WiFi to recieve photos or short videos(upto 15 seconds) while uploading via App, but it can play slideshow to display already received photos or videos while NO WiFi connected.
Why the digital picture frame turns off the screen automatically irregularly?
Please check if your digital picture frame is in sleep mode for the time period.The default time period of the sleep mode is 23:00PM-07:00AM. The screen will go black automatically when it gets into the sleep mode. You can adjust the start/end time as desired.
Does the digital picture frame have to be the same network as my phone to upload pics or videos?
The Funcare digital frame doesn't have be the same network with your smartphone to receive photos or videos. As long as the photo frame has paired with your smartphone via our AiMOR App, you can send photos to the frame from anywhere. No range limits. But when the frame connected with the same WiFi as your smartphone, there is a'Batch Upload' option for you to upload photos up to 50 at a time.
Can i slideshow the photos from a SD card directly or do i have to download the photos into the frame?
The photos cannot be displayed directly from a SD card. You have to download the photos into the digital photo frame. Besides, if the digital frame connot recongnize your SD card, please check that if your SD card is using FAT32 or NTFS file system. If not, please reformat the card to one of these file systems.
