The system can be expanded to serve more CALL buttons and more. You can easily buy extra CALL buttons or receiver from our store, and then pair the new units with your old system to easily expand the capability.
How to pair the CALL button and Receiver:
Step 1:
Before pairing, please confirm that both units have power and the receiver is turned ON.
Step 2:
Press and hold the PAIRED button for three seconds. The receiver will enter pairing mode. In this mode: PAIRED channel indicator will light, UNPAIRED channel indicator will not light up, and start to pair channel indicator will flash.
Step 3:
Continue to press the PAIRED button to choose the channel number you want to pair.
Step 4:
Press the CALL button. The channel indicator on the receiver will move to the next indicator and flash. This means you have finished pairing.
Step 5:
Press the RESET button again, quit the pairing mode, and finish pairing.
Step 6:
Press the CALL button again to test if the pairing was successful; the corresponding channel indicator will flash and ring when the CALL button is pressed, which means the pairing was successful.
Troubleshooting:
1.The power indicator does not light
---Check if the adapter and cable are working
2.NO beeping sound when turning OFF the receiver
---Check to ensure the receiver isnt muted.
3.The receiver has no sound, even when paired
---Please check if the receiver is muted. Click the volume button to adjust the volume of receiver
Note:
1.
If you buy this system as a set, it was paired before leaving the factory. You can turn the unit ON and charge it, then use it immediatelyIf you buy extra CALL buttons or receivers, you need to pair the new units with your original units.
2.
Please check if the receiver is muted; the receiver doesnt ring when muted;
3.
Please turn ON the receiver when you get them; the receiver was turned off before it left the factory;
4.
Only receivers equipped with adapter and cable; use the provided adapter and cable with the CALL button;
